1. What FreeCROTool Does

FreeCROTool is here to help you run website experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities. The tool is designed for learning, improvement, and experimentation. While we aim to make CRO accessible, the platform itself is not a replacement for professional legal, business, or technical advice.

2. Managed & Consultation Services

We also offer a managed consultation service, where a FreeCRO consultant can help design, build, QA, and monitor tests as part of a hands-on service. If you use this service, we’ll work closely with you to agree on changes, get your signoff before anything goes live, and monitor your site together after launch. We do everything we can to minimize errors or disruption, but as with any collaborative project, we can’t guarantee perfection. Both FreeCROTool and your team share responsibility for monitoring and communication. Ultimately, you agree that FreeCROTool and its consultants are not liable for any issues, losses, or disruptions, even when we’re working directly with you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreeCROTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Use at Your Own Risk & Indemnification

We want you to get great results, but using FreeCROTool (and any related services) is always at your own risk. We do our best to make things smooth and safe, but we can’t promise that nothing will ever go wrong. FreeCROTool, its owners, operators, and consultants can’t be held responsible for any losses, downtime, or other issues, even if you’re using the tool exactly as intended or working with us directly.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeCROTool and its team from any claims, damages, or losses that might arise from your use of the tool or services, or from any breach of these terms or third-party rules.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

We work hard to make FreeCROTool reliable and helpful, but we can’t guarantee it will always be perfect, error-free, or meet every need. Results will vary, and you’re responsible for deciding if FreeCROTool is right for your site. We don’t guarantee compatibility with third-party services (like Google Analytics), and we’re not responsible for any issues with those services.

5. Tag Performance & Site Speed

We know how important site speed is. Our tags and scripts are built to be as smooth and lightweight as possible, but every website is different. We can’t guarantee that adding our tags will never affect your site’s performance. We’ll always do our best to help, but you agree that FreeCROTool isn’t responsible for any site speed or performance issues that may arise from using our tags or scripts.

6. Compliance with Laws and Third-Party Terms

You agree to use FreeCROTool in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms (including but not limited to Google’s terms of service and API policies). You are responsible for making sure your use of the tool and any related services doesn’t break any rules or laws.

7. Security and Privacy

We care about your privacy and do our best to keep your information safe. No system is perfect, but we’ll never intentionally share or sell your data without your consent. Please use the tool with care and let us know if you have any concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on FreeCROTool remain the property of their respective owners. Please don’t copy or reuse anything without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We hope you have a great experience, but to keep things fair, FreeCROTool and its team can’t be held liable for any damages or losses, no matter what the cause. This applies even if you’ve told us about the possibility of problems in advance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the changes here. By continuing to use FreeCROTool, you’re agreeing to the latest version.

11. Termination

We hope it never comes to this, but we reserve the right to suspend or end your access to FreeCROTool if needed, for example, if you break these terms or use the service in a harmful way.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms isn’t valid or enforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where FreeCROTool operates.
