What you need to know
The technical level shown on each guide helps you choose work that matches your confidence. One star is suitable for anybody who can open and use a browser. Two stars may involve more detailed configuration and careful testing. Three stars involves editing code such as JavaScript or CSS.
How to ask for support
For support, email support@freecrotool.com. We are happy to answer questions, but please allow time for us to read, understand and investigate before replying. Include what you are trying to do, what you have already tried, the website and exact URL being tested, your browser and version, the complete error message, screenshots where useful, and any other information that could help us reproduce the problem.
